Alejandra (Alex) Cervantes
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

Alex provides an empathetic, practical approach to helping clients find stability, compassion and balance. As a clinically skilled therapist she provides therapy to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating life's most challenging situations, transitions and complex family dynamics—while also creating an affirming, supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Her background includes hospital intake, community and correctional facility mental health. Alex has the experience to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and helps you build a path forward that actually makes sense for your life.

Approach

Her time in hospital intake, community mental health, and even correctional facilities taught her that people are far more than their hardest days.
