Dedication to daily practices, emotional literacy work and mindfulness exercises, builds the foundation of emotional health and neuroplasticity.

Similar to going to the gym for physical health, you will spend 30 minutes a day strengthening your emotional health 'muscles.'

 

WEEK 1: ACCEPT

'Sit in the mud' of your current life circumstances. Learn how change can happen for you while you allow for healing acceptance work.

WEEK 2: CLEANSE

Cleanse resentments, regrets, and maladaptive behavioral patterns. Transform your Inner Critic into an Inner Mentor.

 

Wash away blockades to your self-esteem and reclaim your intrinsic self-worth.  

 

WEEK 3: EMPOWER

Learn practices to be empowered by emotions, instead of emotions overpowering you. Mindfully choose wise responses to fears, anger and triggers, rather than reactivity.

 

Build a profound ability to calm your anxiety. Realize self-awareness and self-trust.

 

WEEK 4: PLAN

What matters to you most in life? Are you pointed in the right direction?

 

Find clarity and cultivate your ability to live in alignment with your genuine values and desires.

 

WEEK 5: LEAD

Continue to build neuroplasticity, with self-leadership and self-compassion. Feel a more balanced, grounded, sense of 'Self. '

 

Gain consistent access to your higher cognition, creative potential, calm, and clarity.

 

WEEK 6: CONNECT

Feel more connected to yourself and others. Cultivate healthy relationships with a solid foundation of boundaries and secure attachment.

Maintain loving relationships built on authenticity, care, reciprocity, trust and balance.
