Service Description
This online, weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group provides a structured group format that focuses on teaching four core skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills). DBT is proven to treat and resolve Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Relationship Distress, Substance Abuse, Self-Harm, ADHD, BPD, Eating Disorders, Angry Outbursts, Self-Sabotaging and Reactivity. You will learn and practice DBT skills through a series of lessons and then start applying them to your life. DBT is often accompanied by weekly individual treatment, designed for six months. However, groups are month-to-month so you can choose to no longer attend as you wish.
