Insurance
I accept Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare as in network. If you have another type of insurance, you will be provided with a Superbill at the end of each session. The Superbill will include all of the necessary clinical information you will need to submit a claim to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement.

Billed day of service for sessions and monthly for groups.
